Tracey joined Architas in September 2019 as the Head of HR. Prior to joining Architas Tracey has worked for AXA UK and Ireland since 2015  holding numerous positions including the Head of People Engagement, Culture and Strategy along with more generalist HR roles.

Before joining AXA, Tracey has worked in the High tech and e commerce industry, namely Amazon and Nokia. Tracey has always worked in Human Resources, following her studies in Psychology. Tracey’s roles have always had a transformational edge in fast-growth, multicultural environment.
